It is therefore strictly forbidden to use the Platform, its content and/or services for any purpose other than its intended use, including unlawful conduct, conduct contrary to good faith or public order; causing damage to OKTICKET’s or third parties’ physical or logical systems; introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other systems capable of causing damage or harm.

Any data not related to an expense will be considered incorrect and may, after notice to the user, result in account termination for breach of terms. This explicitly includes any personal data.
The USER is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all expense data entered into the application, especially those necessary for certified digitization of receipts and invoices. It is therefore their exclusive responsibility to verify and correct such data, as failure to do so will prevent certified digitization.
OKTICKET S.L. shall not be liable under any circumstances for inaccuracies or missing data, including cases where, due to breach of obligations by the USER ACCOUNT HOLDER, invoices or receipts are not accepted by the Spanish Tax Agency. The USER ACCOUNT HOLDER expressly accepts full responsibility and releases OKTICKET S.L. from any liability.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in account termination.
Access to the Platform is always subject to compliance with usage conditions, including its exclusive use for its intended purpose.

5. User participation:
Some pages of the Website may allow users to actively participate by posting comments or generating content.
In such cases, it is strictly forbidden to post content that is illegal, racist, xenophobic, promotes terrorism, violates human rights, incites hatred, violates dignity, is defamatory or slanderous, or is otherwise unlawful or inappropriate, including pornography-related content, erotic contact services, gambling, fortune-telling services, violent content, pyramid schemes, or any content deemed inappropriate by OKTICKET, especially for minors.
