1. General Information about the Website Owner

The company that owns the domain name and website https://okticket.com/, as well as all subdomains and directories included therein (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Website”, the “Site” or the “Platform”, interchangeably), is OKTICKET S.L., with Tax ID number B74433798, and registered office at Avda. del Jardín Botánico 1345, Parque Científico Tecnológico, Zona Intra, Building 1, Offices 4–5, 33203 Gijón, Asturias, Spain (hereinafter, “OKTICKET”).

2. Restricted Use of the Platform

Certain services of the Platform are restricted. Only natural or legal persons who have contracted OKTICKET’s services and who have been provided with access credentials (username and password) by OKTICKET may use such services.

Access to and use of the Platform through these credentials are subject to these Terms of Use and to the conditions agreed between the user and OKTICKET, either electronically or through the execution of the corresponding contract.

3. Platform Content

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous section, OKTICKET provides users with corporate information or information relating to its products and/or services free of charge.

4. Proper and Responsible Use of the Platform

Users must at all times make proper and responsible use of the resources made available to them, in compliance with these Terms of Use, morality, public order, good customs and applicable law, and without causing harm to OKTICKET or to any third party.

The use of the Platform, its content and/or services for purposes other than those for which it was designed is strictly prohibited, as well as any unlawful conduct, conduct contrary to good faith or public order, or any action that may damage the physical or logical systems of OKTICKET, its suppliers or third parties, including the introduction or dissemination of computer viruses or other harmful systems.

Only data strictly related to expense management may be included in the Platform. Any data not related to an expense to be managed shall be considered incorrect and, after prior notice to the user, may constitute grounds for termination of the user account, including personal data entered improperly.

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of all expense-related data entered into the application, particularly those required for the certified digitalisation of receipts and invoices. OKTICKET shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete data, including cases in which receipts or invoices are not accepted by the Spanish Tax Agency due to user error or omission. The account holder expressly releases OKTICKET S.L. from any liability in this regard.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use shall result in the termination of the user account. Access to the Platform is always conditional upon compliance with these terms and its exclusive use for the purpose for which it was created.

5. User Participation

Certain sections of the Website may allow users to participate actively by posting comments or generating content. In such cases, it is strictly prohibited to use these features to disseminate unlawful, racist, xenophobic, terrorist-apologetic, hateful, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate content, including content that violates human rights, public order or applicable law, or that is unsuitable for minors.

OKTICKET reserves the right to remove any comments or content that violate these rules or that it deems inappropriate. OKTICKET shall not be responsible for opinions expressed by users through such participation tools, except as expressly required by applicable law.

By accepting these Terms of Use, the user grants OKTICKET a broad licence, to the extent legally required, to publish the content provided by the user through participation services, including on social media, landing pages and other online resources.

6. Reporting Inappropriate Use or Content

Any person may report allegedly inappropriate or illegal content hosted on the OKTICKET Platform by sending an email to the address indicated above with the subject line: “INAPPROPRIATE USE OF CONTENT”. OKTICKET will review the reported content and take appropriate action, including removal where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

OKTICKET exclusively owns all exploitation rights over the elements and content published on the Website, including but not limited to designs, images, audiovisual content, texts, software and applications. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication (including making available) or transformation of all or part of the Website content without the prior written authorisation of OKTICKET is strictly prohibited.

Users may contact OKTICKET through the forms provided on the Website to resolve queries related to its products and/or services. Where personal data is provided, such data must be accurate, complete and up to date, and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, once the user has read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

OKTICKET does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the Website. However, it undertakes to take all reasonable measures to restore service as soon as it becomes aware of any such issues, except where prevented by circumstances beyond its control.

The OKTICKET Website may include links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. OKTICKET does not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, services or information available on such websites, nor for any damage that may arise from their use.

Any breach of these Terms of Use shall result in the termination of the user account. OKTICKET reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Website or the App without prior notice in cases of non-compliance.

OKTICKET may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be duly published and shall remain in force until replaced by new terms.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute regarding their interpretation, execution or termination, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Gijón (Asturias), Spain.
