2. Purpose of the Processing of Personal Data
2.1. For what purposes will we process your personal data? At OKTICKET, we will process the personal data collected through the Website for the following purposes:
a) Managing the service provision contract and providing offers related to the potential contracting of OKTICKET products and/or services.
b) Sending the information requested through the forms available on the Website.
c) Sending commercial communications related to promotions and/or advertising of the Website and OKTICKET products and/or services.
d) Improving your user experience and creating a commercial profile based on the information you have provided, in order to better understand our customers’ needs and preferences.
e) No automated decisions will be made based on such profile.
All fields marked as mandatory in the corresponding forms must be completed. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to fulfil the stated purposes.
